Sometimes I’m at a crazy busy tasting on the fly or need a quick reminder of what wine I had at home and don’t want to go into a lot of detail. The De Long Tasting Note Form is great for a beginner who doesn’t have a lot of descriptors under their belt. You can just circle and go. But it’s also perfect for advanced note takers who need to get down the gist in a quick fix situation. Let me tell you, it has become dangerously handy. Here is the PDF link so you can print out a bunch and make a little booklet, cut out individual pages, create origami, recycle with class, etc. You can also buy the actual hardbound notebook here with added wine tasting terms.
